The Change They Needed
The 16th annual Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemical Association (GPCA) Forum is a premier regional conference that brings together industry leaders to discuss and collaborate on initiatives for strengthening the industry. This year's forum, hosted in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, also featured the inaugural Youth Summit alongside the main event. Our mission was to showcase OQ’s products and services, particularly focusing on the OQ Chemicals division, and to serve as their digital partner.
As a GPCA member and the diamond sponsor of the event, it was essential for OQ to highlight their industry role and presence at the forum. MAKE THE CHANGE was tasked with creating a compelling campaign to achieve this.
The Change in Action
As OQ’s partner at the GPCA Forum, we were entrusted with building a campaign that firmly established OQ's presence at the conference. This involved developing visual creatives for the pavilion, as well as social and digital media content.
Our campaign was designed to bring OQ into the spotlight. Stunning visuals attracted visitors to the pavilion, and dynamic digital media showcased OQ's active presence at the forum. Our goal was to highlight OQ's activities, particularly within the OQ Chemicals division, and their initiatives toward sustainability and growth. We aimed to maximize reach throughout the region, with a focus on Riyadh, employing targeted marketing tactics.
We created awareness of OQ's presence at the event, along with the participation of OQ's Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members and delegates, across both social media and B2B digital platforms. Our on-ground team arranged in-person interviews with regional and international media, while our international team coordinated written and telephone media opportunities.
Executing our vision, we managed all facets of the event, from catering and hospitality to entertainment and booth management. We maintained a professional environment and coordinated logistics flawlessly to enhance participant experience and ensure operational efficiency throughout KFair 2022.
The Change We Made
Adhering to the space requirements, MAKE THE CHANGE visualized and designed elements that showcased OQ's presence at the event in a visually appealing manner. The pavilion featured multiple digital screens with stunning curated graphics that provided information and captured the attention of passersby.
Our aim was to reach decision-makers and thought leaders, not only at the event but also around the region, and to create awareness of OQ's active involvement in the panels and discussions.
